Here are the step by step instructions:

In the Memberships section create the Product (which is the digital course) and the Offer (which is the checkout page to purchase / enroll in the digital course).

  1. Create a product (then proceed with uploading your learning materials)

  2. Then create an offer (this is the checkout page to purchase/enroll in the course)

Create a Workflow

  1. Create a new workflow in the Automation section and select start from scratch.

  2. Click add new trigger then choose order submit as the trigger and add filters (a) when order source is (SELECT YOUR DIGITAL COURSE OFFER). Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner before exiting the trigger programming.

  3. Click the + sign below. Add a tag to recognise the course purchase against the contact. Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner.

  4. Click the + sign below. Add Course Grant Offer Action and select your Course Offer. Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner.

  5. Click the + sign below. Add a 1 min time delay. Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner.

  6. Click the + sign below. Select Send Email to send a welcome instruction to your new learner. Thank the customer and add a hyperlink that takes the student to the log in page of the client portal. Find your client portal link in the Sites, Client Portal, Dashboard section (copy your Client Portal URL) and hyperlink to this in your "Log in" button in your message to your new student. Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner.

  1. Finally, click the + sign below. Create an internal notification to alert you of the sale by selecting your email address and alert message by email. Don't forget to click save on the lower right corner.

  2. Once each trigger in the flow is set up, click the SAVE button on the upper right corner and toggle on to Publish.
